Our Work Style

Research and Development Centre

This is the location for designing and developing new automobiles and parts. The state-of-the-art testing facilities and cutting-edge technologies within the research and development center facilitate the design and development process.

Manufacturing Plant

This is the primary location where the vehicles are put together. The plant has multiple sections, including paint, final assembly, and fabrication shops. The vehicle’s structure is welded and assembled in the body shop; the body is painted in the paint shop; and the various parts are assembled in the final assembly area to form the completed vehicle.

Fabrications

After the design is complete, welding starts the fabrication process. The three-wheeler’s structure is constructed from the best metal tubing available for vehicle grades, and the individual parts are welded to the frame. For the joints to be sturdy and solid, the welding procedure needs to be done with accuracy and ability.

Painting

The three-wheeler gets painted once it is constructed. Cleaning and surface preparation are steps in the painting process. We employ best-in-class procedures for applying primer paint and transparent coatings. The E-Rickshaw is protected from rust and corrosion by the paint, which also improves its appearance. We attain the highest SST in the market, 300+ hours, in addition to 200+ hours of UV testing

Assembly

To assemble all of the top-sourced components in our ERickshaw and achieve the highest efficiency, we use line assembly.

Quality Control Centre

This is where the process of quality control is carried out. To make sure they fulfill client demands and quality standards, vehicles are examined and tested.
